All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are the authorized holder of the payment method used.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email at the address provided during checkout. This confirmation constitutes our acceptance of your order and forms a binding contract between you and Droplo.

3. Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Products are fulfilled through our international warehouse network, with estimated delivery times of 7–15 business days depending on your location.

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Droplo is not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products and international fulfillment, all sales are generally final. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will assess your claim and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit.

Refund requests for non-defective items will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Droplo reserves the right to refuse a return or refund at its sole discretion.
